Common questions

Do I have to pay to use Sublimind?

No. You can explore Sublimind without paying, including the library and learning content. Custom creation can be unlocked via subscription or Lifetime Credits.

What’s the difference between subscription and Lifetime Credits?

  • Subscription: Unlimited custom generation while subscribed. Custom subliminals created with a subscription are playable only while your subscription is active.
  • Lifetime Credits: One-time purchase. 1 credit = 1 custom subliminal you keep forever (playable even without a subscription).

Is Sublimind medical or therapy?

No. Sublimind is for general wellness and self-improvement. It does not provide medical or mental health treatment and is not a substitute for professional care.


Custom Subliminals (Generation)

How long does generation take?

Custom generation can take several minutes depending on demand, device/network conditions, and processing.

My custom is stuck on “Queued” or “Generating”

Try the following:

  1. Ensure you have a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi recommended).
  2. Leave the app open for a few minutes (some steps may pause if the app is force-closed).
  3. Close and reopen the app.
  4. If it remains stuck, contact support with:
    • Track name (or screenshot)
    • Current status shown
    • Approx. time you started generation

My custom failed to generate

Common causes include temporary processing errors or network interruptions.

  • Retry generation if the app provides a retry option.
  • If you used a Lifetime Credit and believe it was consumed incorrectly, contact support with a screenshot of:
    • The failed state
    • Your Lifetime Credits balance
    • Your purchase/restore status (if relevant)

Can I edit my custom after it’s created?

You can typically edit basic details like title and image within the app (where available). The audio itself is generated output and may not be editable beyond re-generating a new track.

What should I write in the goal box?

Be specific about the situation and outcome you want. Examples:

  • “I stop late-night snacking and feel satisfied after dinner.”
  • “I feel calm and confident when speaking in groups.”
  • “I focus easily and finish tasks without procrastinating.”

Avoid including highly sensitive personal information.


Playback & Audio

Audio stops when I open Spotify/YouTube

Mobile operating systems usually allow only one app to control audio playback at a time. If another app starts audio, Sublimind may pause. This behavior is controlled by the OS and other apps’ audio session settings.

Playback doesn’t continue in the background

Try:

  1. Confirm you’re on the latest version of Sublimind.
  2. Reboot the device.
  3. Ensure Low Power Mode / Battery Saver isn’t aggressively stopping background audio.
  4. On Android: disable battery optimization for Sublimind (Settings → Battery → Battery optimization → Sublimind → “Not optimized”).

No sound / very quiet sound

  • Increase media volume (not ringer volume).
  • Check if Bluetooth is connected to another device.
  • Try wired headphones vs. speaker.
  • Make sure your phone is not routing audio to a silent output device.

Offline listening

If a track is available offline in your build:

  • Start playback once on Wi-Fi to ensure it’s downloaded/cached.
  • Then test in Airplane Mode. If offline isn’t working as expected, contact support with your device + app version.

Subscriptions, Lifetime Credits, and Purchases

Where do I manage my subscription?

iOS (Apple App Store):

  • Settings app → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Sublimind

Android (Google Play):

  • Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Sublimind

How do I restore purchases?

Use Restore Purchases inside Sublimind (usually on the paywall or in Settings).
If it still doesn’t restore:

  • Ensure you’re signed into the same Apple ID / Google account used to purchase.
  • Restart the app and try again.
  • Contact support with proof of purchase (Apple/Google receipt screenshot or order ID).

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple/Google (or another Platform, if applicable). Refund requests are typically handled through the Platform’s refund process. If you believe something is wrong (e.g., duplicate charge), contact us and we’ll help you investigate.

Why are my subscription-created customs locked after I cancel?

This is expected behavior:

  • Custom subliminals created with a subscription are playable only while subscribed. If you resubscribe, access is restored. If you prefer ownership without an active subscription, use Lifetime Credits to create Lifetime Customs you keep forever.

Can I convert a subscription custom into a lifetime custom?

If your app build includes a conversion option (e.g., “Buy lifetime access” using a Lifetime Credit), you can convert directly. If you don’t see it yet, contact support and tell us what you want to convert.


Account & Login

I can’t sign in / I’m not receiving a login code

  • Check spam/junk.
  • Confirm the email address is correct.
  • Try again after a few minutes.
  • If you used “Sign in with Apple” and chose “Hide My Email,” you may have an Apple relay email. Contact support and we’ll help you locate the correct account.

Can I change my email?

Contact support with:

  • Your current account email
  • The new email you want to use We may ask for verification.

I want to delete my account

If there is an in-app delete option, use it. Otherwise email privacy@sublimind.app from the account email and request deletion.


Notifications & Reminders

I don’t get reminders

  • Confirm notifications are enabled for Sublimind in your device settings.
  • Confirm your reminder time is set in-app.
  • On Android, battery optimization can block notifications—disable optimization for Sublimind.

I enabled notifications but want to turn them off

Disable notifications in device settings:

  • iOS: Settings → Notifications → Sublimind
  • Android: Settings → Apps → Sublimind → Notifications

Privacy & Data Requests

For privacy questions or requests (access, deletion, portability), email: privacy@sublimind.app

When requesting deletion, include:

  • The email used for your Sublimind account
  • The platform (iOS/Android)
  • “Request: Delete my account and associated data”
